Another employment solution provided by TORGAS is Labour Hire, whereby skilled and semi-skilled blue and white collar workers are hired for short or long term positions. As a result of TORGAS’ extensive recruitment process, labour hire candidates are identified early on so there is a constant stream of available candidates for your businesses Labour Hire needs. The Labour Hire recruitment process involves advertising, screening, interviewing, shortlisting and reference checks. The pool of shortlisted candidates will be provided to the business, who once the successful candidate has been selected, TORGAS will become the legal employer for the required duration.
