Sancon Civil Pty Ltd is a family owned and operated company based in the Southern NSW region. The company was established by husband and wife team, Mark and Elyse Lynch in 2011 originally operating as Sanananda Contracting. Through rapid expansion, 2017 saw Sanananda Contracting proudly become Sancon Civil Pty Ltd, with the further addition of Sancon Heavy Haulage in early 2023.

Sancon Civil has grown to be a highly regarded earthmoving company with competencies across all aspects of civil construction. Our company offers a highly skilled operational work force, along with modern, reliable plant and equipment and technical services capabilities, including design, survey and systems management. • Heavy Haulage
• Operates a full range of earthmoving equipment and capabilities, which enable us to tailor plant to cost-effectively tighten specification and project timelines, as well as being versatile in working with clients on projects of varying size and scopes.
• Our machines are fully equipped with the latest Trimble, Topcon GPS machine control and laser systems and each grader has the ability to operate with UTS Total Station, rover and all the associated equipment.
• Our current fleet capacity extends to 42 pieces of plant, plus associated equipment.
