MJK Contracting Pty Ltd is a labour-only steel fixing contractor. We place and tie reinforcement for footings, slabs on ground, suspended slabs, walls, columns, beams, stairs, retaining walls and lift pits on residential, commercial and civil jobs across Sydney, the Illawarra, the Southern Highlands and regional NSW.

Recent jobs where we worked direct to the builder:

• Gipps Road, Keiraville (M&D Construction): 18.5 tonne multi-unit residential package covering a retaining wall, three stair flights, the ground slab, beams and starters, fixed in four working days.
• Mittagong Residence (One Up Building): the full steel fixing package, including the lift pit and plant room.
• LAHC Wagga Wagga (Zauner Construction): footings, starter bars, beams and slab mesh on a Land and Housing Corporation build.

Our fixers have also worked as part of larger teams on major Sydney projects.

How we work:

• Tonnage rate, quoted scope, or day labour by the hour
• Crew sized to each call-off, so you don't pay for people standing around
• Signed daily dockets for every hour we bill
• SWMS and site inductions sorted before we start
