Starting out operating his family’s bobcat as a young boy, Jason went on to work for a Melbourne-based earthmoving company in his late teens, before purchasing his first excavator and tip truck in 1999, at age 24, marking the beginning of his own business.

This business expanded rapidly as Jason became known within the industry and gained a reputation of delivering services with a high level of efficiency and competency.

Victorian Civil Contracting continues to be a family operated business, now with a dedicated team of machine operators, service and administration staff, with Jason maintaining a hands on management approach.
