How it works

Total Outdoor Living can manage your paving, pergola or patio project in Adelaide from start to finish. We are based in Old Noarlunga and are passionate about serving the needs of our local area.

A design consultant and or builder will visit your home to discuss the perfect solution to suit your needs.

Your project will be designed on a CAD program and emailed or posted out to you, with a quotation and a welcome letter that guides you through the upcoming process.

Upon acceptance, your property will be measured up to the millimetre. From these measurements, your engineering plans will be drawn up.

You will sign off on this drawing and it will be the document that will be used for making your materials. We take care of the engineer’s drawings and council approvals for structures, screens, landscaping, paving and any earthworks required.

Once council approval has been received, your structure will be manufactured and you will be contacted with a delivery and install date. We will arrive as agreed, and complete your new structure to superior standards. This entire process can vary depending on the council involved, however an average time of 4-10 weeks can be expected.

Enclosed with your quote you will have a Quotation Acceptance Form. If you wish to proceed with your quote we ask for you to return the signed Quotation Acceptance form along with a 10% deposit. The deposit can be paid by cheque, in store by cash, Electronic Funds Transfer or credit card, all credit card payments will incur a 2% fee.

Once your Quotation Acceptance Form and deposit has been received your job will be processed for council and submitted within 1 week. The duration for Council approval can take from 2-6 weeks.

Once you receive your council approval a further 30% payment is due, once this payment is received your job will be ordered, manufacturing takes approximately 2 weeks, depending on the size and detail of the job. In this time an order confirmation will be received by Total Outdoor Living with an estimated delivery date.

When a delivery date is received you will be contacted by a Representative of Total Outdoor living and advised of the date, Installation will commence 1 to 3 days after delivery.

Any letters you receive by council during this time will also have been received and dealt with by Total Outdoor Living.

Once Installation is complete full payment is required to be made to Total Outdoor Living.
