We take our workplace health and safety responsibilities extremely seriously - each of our rigs is equipped with a manual and our staff undergo regular health and safety training. An outline of our policy is detailed below. Our full health and safety manual is available upon request.

• Schneider Drilling as an employer has a legal obligation under the Workplace Health & Safety Act not to act in any way to endanger a person's occupational health and safety.

• Schneider Drilling as an employer has a moral obligation to not act in any way to endanger a person's occupational and health and safety.

• Schneider Drilling has procedures and practices in place to control hazards and reduce the risk of injury and illness to all persons.

• Schneider Drilling will provide adequate and appropriate information, instruction and training to all employees to enable work to be carried out in a healthy and safe manner.

• Schneider Drilling expects employees, contractors and visitors to accept their own moral and legal obligations.

• Employees are expected to fulfil the obligations to Schneider Drilling and other people by taking an active role in creating a healthy and safe workplace.

• Contractors are expected to provide the necessary safety instructions, equipment and training to ensure they or their workers do not endanger their own or others occupational health and safety.

• Visitors shall comply with the requirements of Schneider Drilling at all times.
