Blue Gum is more than just your average sand and soil yard. Our goal is to be your one-stop-shop for all of your landscaping supplies!

We pride ourselves on always giving you fast and friendly service in-store, over the phone or online. 

We strive to give you the most efficient delivery service in the Hunter / Newcastle region. 

We’re fussy about stocking only the best range of landscaping products. We have a great working relationship with our suppliers and strive to source the best quality products at the best prices for our customers. We continually assess our product range and blends and make adjustments as required. 

Our bulk products are sold by the loader bucket. Our buckets hold approx 1 cubic meter. Whilst our loader operators aim to load consistently the nature of loading a loose bulk product, there may be a slight variance in the amount of product in each bucket loaded. 

Landscape materials are a naturally sourced product and although we aim to stock a consistent product for our customers some products can vary due to seasonal availability, quarry operations and variation in rock seems. 

We try to ensure website images are reflective of products, however we encourage customers to visit our yards and check out our great product range in the flesh. 

Community

Darby Street Community Garden

We love community projects that get folks gardening and getting their hands dirty! We contributed Temp Fence Hire, drainage gravel and soil to this project.

We’ve made ordering landscaping supplies even easier with online pricing and quantity calculators.

1. Look up a product and you’ll see the cost per unit (Our bulk products are sold by the loader bucket which is approx 1 m3)

2. Enter the dimensions for your job and you’ll get the total cost and quantity you need.

3. Add it to your quote

4. Keep adding the products you need to the Quote Cart. When you’re ready to get your quote, go to the Cart page for a full quote including delivery to your selected suburb.

5. Submit your Quote and we'll call you to confirm everything and get your order to you ASAP!

Delivery rates in the quote cart do not include crane or truck and dog deliveries. Please call us for rates.
