Maroubra Building Supplies opened its doors in 1983 on Anzac Parade, Maroubra. Owned by Sam Papadakis and family it was established to cater for the local communities hardware and building supplies needs. It soon became an Eastern Suburbs institution which was trusted and frequented by families and tradies who appreciated old fashion service and value for money. This was the humble beginning that captivated the local community and crafted the business ethos MBS would become renowned for in the years to come.

Today MBS stocks an array of well known brands and has expanded into supplying a large variety of building and landscape supplies for everyone including builders, tradies, home renovators and local families.
