With nearly two decades of experience doing property rejuvenation, Expandable Living provides reliable excavation and landscape services in Northern New South Wales and strives to consistently exceed clients' expectations. 

Operating from Lismore, NSW... we make quality and safety our top priority, while putting an emphasis on building strong and long-lasting relationships with our customers.

At Expandable Living we have available for wet hire a 6 ton excavator for excavation, earth moving and flood cleanup projects. Our excavator also comes with a mulching unit, that can cut vegetation up to 180 mm in thickness or slash extremely long grass.  

RATE = $120 per hour

Have safety accreditation (whitecard) and operator tickets.

We offer a wide range of excavation and landscaping services including flood clean up, trenching, dirt and vegetation removal and demolitions. Our operators are easy to work with and strive to leave our clients satisfied and happy with our service.

We target work in Northern NSW and our territory covers Lismore and surrounding areas. We are also happy to do work within the Byron Shire region. We are focused on building lasting relationships with our clients. We are not eager to move on to the next job until you are happy that the job has been completed to your satisfaction and we promise to put in the extra effort to leave you with a good experience.

We offer a brand new 6T New Holland Excavator, with the following attachments:

• Hydraulic Grab for cleanup, construction and demolition work.  
• Simatech Mulcher for semi forestry mulching - capable of shredding large vegetation up to 180mm, as well as cutting grass as fine as a lawn mower.
• Stick Rake - for garden preparation and vegetation cleanup.
• 300mm Trenching bucket - trench preparation for inground electrical cables or plumbing pipes.
• 600mm Digging Bucket - general ground cleanup and preparation.
• 1,200mm Tilting Mud Bucket - preparation of pads and flat areas.
• RATE = $120 per hour 
• Have whitecard & operator tickets.
