Exotic Eden is a successful landscape design business based in the Peel region of Western Australia. We have 30 years of continuous and successful landscaping work in the region. We are a family business and we offer all aspects of landscaping from design to completion. We are equally at home in delivering commercial or residential solutions.
Importantly, when dealing with Exotic Eden, you will be dealing directly with the business owners through all phases of the landscaping process.
Our mission is to deliver your creative landscape aspirations through our design and construction expertise. We believe that the landscaping experience should result in a landscaped environment that supports your life style or business aspirations. Our principal landscaper designer and project manager is Mark McMahen. Mark is a qualified horticulturalist with 30 experience successfully designing and building landscapes in the Peel region. Exotic Eden is unique in that it provides nearly all of its services using an in-house team.
A key benefit of working with Exotic Eden is we that know the topography of the Peel region extremely well and we understand what plant species thrive in the local environment. We can select combinations of plants and trees that not only look beautiful and immediately add-value, but will thrive in the local environment with minimal maintenance.
Our ability to deliver all key services using in-house team members allows us to closely monitor quality, time-lines and costs. We believe that it is important that our customers have the ability to deal with the business owners at all times regarding any aspect of the landscaping project.
Our services cover the complete range of services including: “We’d recently moved to Mandurah and had to refresh the gardens at our new home. We met with several potential landscapers. While cost was important, we wanted to ensure that we engaged someone with obvious experience and integrity. We selected Exotic Eden and we’ve had no reason to regret our decision. Mark’s expertise was obvious from design to completion. He’s formally qualified as a horticulturalist and has many years of experience in successfully selecting plants for local landscaping projects.
Our project was comprehensive and included demolition of some existing features, almost complete replacement of the existing plants, building retaining walls, soil replacement and the installation of reticulation. Very importantly, Mark’s team at Exotic Eden has all the necessary skills in-house. Apart from replacing one of the fences, there was no contracting out and that contributed to the consistent to quality of the completed garden.
We’re also pleased to confirm that Mark acted with complete integrity all the way through the project. The end result is (we think) an attractive, value-adding, fast growing and low maintenance garden. We would strongly recommend Exotic Eden to anyone who has the need for end-to-end landscaping services.”
