Evolution was founded in 2004 and is now one of the largest Traffic Management companies in Australia and New Zealand, with 15 branches spread across both countries. Built on a foundation of customer relationships by delivering outstanding levels of customer service and operational outcomes, the Evolution ethos is to grow and develop the business across a vast national platform. In the last 12 months, we have established new roles with the introduction of Regional Managers in North Queensland, South-East Queensland, New South Wales and Perth. Combined, they have more than 40 years’ Traffic Management experience, knowledge, and expertise to ensure Energy Queensland’s expectations are not only met but exceeded.

The management team and front-line personnel at Evolution have extensive experience of safely providing the complex Traffic Management services that clients require across Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia. Benefiting from an extensive reach, through its National network of local depots, Evolution has demonstrated an ability to work with clients in a highly flexible fashion to meet their changing work patterns. As such, Evolution is well placed to support clients with top quality traffic management professionals and has demonstrated the ability to provide industry leading traffic management services in a timely, cost-effective manner.

Our management philosophy is to “manage locally and support nationally”. Clients will be serviced by our QLD, NSW and WA depots. These depots house our Traffic Operations team, a qualified team of planners, and one of our experience HR Business Partners, as well as a more equipped logistics store than a usual operations depot. Furthermore, our National Support Office in Brisbane oversees all national operations and has dedicated departments in HSEQ, HR, Fleet, Logistics and Training, each backed by our experience Senior and Executive Management team. By working with Evolution, clients will benefit from all the advantages that the locality of depots and our National Support Office yield.
