COVID 19 NEW RESTRICTIONS

29 August 2021.

Retail and Trade Customers,

On the 27th August changes were made to retail business outlets announced by the ACT Government. 

 As of 28 August 2021, we will be allowed to operate our business to some capacity, with strict guidelines attached as per the ACT Health Direction in place.

We will now be operating an ‘Order & Collect’ service, as well as a contactless delivery service. 

Easyrain does not have an online store. 

Please see below for the methods by which you can order from us.

Order & Collect

Customers can either call 6280 4520 or email - [email protected] 

to order parts and piping for collection. 

Payment must be made prior to pick-up via phone using credit card or similar. There will be no payments made in-store for our retail customers. 

We are closed to walkthrough retail during lockdown but are open to trade clients with Covid restrictions in place.

You can send through orders at any time, and we will action them during business hours which during lockdown are between 9am and 3.30pm Monday to Friday and between 9am to 12pm Saturdays.

Contactless Delivery

As we have limited staff, collection at the store is preferred. 

However, we will offer contactless delivery for those unable to collect. 

This will incur the following charges- $ 45 for local areas.

Due to the current circumstances, we are unable to deliver further into NSW.

We will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as we possibly can. 

Your goods will be placed at your front door, or beside driveway.

Stay safe during these uncertain times. 

At least you can enjoy some gardening and irrigation during this lockdown period.
