"Absolute time waster, dont bother with this company. ( In short, did not show up several times when he booked in a time. Then said he could do the job and will send through a quote. I left it 2 weeks and contacted him for a quote, he never sent through a quote even though he said he still would ) I contacted Earthworm Excavations for a quote on a large retaining wall to be installed. He booked in a time and then did not show up. He did that again a 2nd time either. On the 3rd time he finally showed up to quote. When he did show up he did seem professional, he ran through all the options with me and said he would get back to me with a quote in a few days. It all sounded good. I did not receive a quote, I left it 2 weeks and then started contacting him via text message about the quote. Another 2 weeks pasts, I then phoned him up and he said sorry I will get a quote to you tonight. 2 weeks later an I still have not heard back. For whatever reason he has not quoted and completely wasted my time. Just to add also the retaining wall would be a large job, he said he can do it and he does these all the time. Just a shame he could not follow through."
