We specialise in polished concrete, large scale self leveling and concrete remedial works. You would most likely have your flooring contractors include some form of prep work in their packages but recently we have had great success with various Tier 1 & 2 construction groups demo grinding their slabs as the formwork decks are cleared. 

It's a cost effective and efficient way to remedy concrete pours with little disruption to the construction programs and brings all of the concrete pours within tolerance to avoid contractor variations which can add up across projects.

Alternatively, we specialise in polished concrete, grind & seals and epoxy flooring and dustproofing of basements on large scale structures should you ever require any such services.
