CCS is currently the sole contractor responsible for the Crushing of aggregates and Pavement Material on Australia’s biggest wind project. This is just one of our many achievements over the last 15 years in the industry.

We have 16 staff on site and over 25 items of plant, which includes four crushing trains producing a variety of materials (40mm minus, 26mm minus, 75mm minus and Aggs – Dust, 10mm, 20mm and scalps) On average we produce 3000-7000T per day. We run Moxys on site and have a water cart available in our fleet. We own a range of equipment which includes Terex, Power screen, Finlay, Volvo, CAT and Komatsu. We have three service trucks, a container with parts, onsite site office and multiple other mobile assets.

Our team is made up of a full-time fitter, boilermaker, three leading hands, and a crushing supervisor, alongside several operators from various backgrounds and dynamics. Our team is our business, and we invest heavily in training and development.

Some of our previous projects include the CR2SM with Seymour Whyte, Denman Prospect, Canberra with Wodens Constructions and many local contracts with Councils and Quarries. We have worked with Neilsens and Wagners and in 2021 finished a project that took us deep into the NT. Our reach is far and wide, and no job is too hard for us. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and have current CM3 certification.

Partnering with businesses such as EziComply and Plant Assessor means we can provide clients with up-to-date reporting and ensure that our internal systems remain compliant and in line with the latest technology available. All prestart and time sheets are logged online, which is just one of the ways we are working to reduce our environmental footprint.
