The Breakthrough Group was established in 1989, and encompasses the businesses Controlled Demolition, Breakthrough Townsville, Breakthrough Cairns and Breakthrough Darwin. The Breakthrough Group specialises in controlled demolition, core drilling and sawing solutions, asbestos removal, and civil works with operations throughout North Queensland and the Northern Territory.

The company has the flexibility and resources to respond to customer needs, particularly in large construction, civil works projects and remote area works. The Breakthrough Group has an integrated Quality, Safety and Environmental Management System whoch has been third party accredited to the requirements of AZ/NZS ISO 9001, AS/NZS ISO 14001 and AS 4801 and is code compliant under the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry. We are certified Demolition experts under the Workplace Health and Safety Regulations and licensed for asbestos removal and its safe transport.
