Barakah Housing is a Bankstown-based property development company serving Sydney’s northwest, western and southwest growth corridors. For more than 10 years, we have managed residential land developments ranging from 16-lot projects to subdivisions of up to 117 lots. We specialise in land subdivision, land development, house and land packages, and an expanding range of civil and commercial developments. Our internal team identifies and acquires suitable land, manages the Development Application process and oversees each project from planning through to completion. We work with landowners, real estate agencies, consultants and established civil contractors to coordinate practical development outcomes. Rather than maintaining our own machinery fleet, we engage experienced contractors through full wet-hire agreements according to each project’s requirements. With an established internal project pipeline and end-to-end capabilities, we are well positioned to expand our operations beyond Sydney in the future.
