Our mission is simply to deliver outstanding hard surface cleaning enabling us to be the number one provider in the Sydney region. All Areas Sweeping and Scrubbing has been operating all around Sydney since 1997. In this time we have developed strong and lasting relationships with our regular and casual customer base, providing a cost efficient and reliable cleaning service. We are 100% Australian owned and operated and pride ourselves on getting the job done right.
Sweeping: We use the latest equipment to ensure we are providing the best possible solution for your sweeping needs. We currently use Tennant 6650 & 6500 ride on sweepers. These are maintained monthly & are kept in optimum running order to provide the best sweeping service possible. Our sweepers have a side broom to get into edges & the main broom operates under constant vacuum. This vacuumed air is passed through a panel filter, allowing filtered air to pass out the rear of the machine, minimising dust. Scrubbing: We use the latest equipment to ensure we are providing the best possible solution for your scrubbing needs. The scrubbing process typically involves the application of a chemical solution which is scrubbed into the surface with up to 180kg of pressure. This solution is then recovered from the floor via the vacuum squeegee system at the rear of the scrubbing machine. We currently use two scrubber types - Nilfisk Advance BR850 & Nilfisk Advance CR1400 to allow both small & large jobs to be done. Pressure Cleaning: In some applications it is necessary to use a high pressure cleaner rather than a mechanical scrubber. Examples of this may be stencilled concrete or pebble-crete where the surface is too rough to allow the scrubbing brushes to contact the surface effectively. In these circumstances it is sensible to use a high pressure cleaner to penetrate the uneven surface. Other applications may include floor/wall junctions, walls, posts and any other area that is too small to be accessed via a scrubber.
