"8 years ago, I paid tens of thousands of dollars to have retaining walls replaced around my pool area. I do not have a good understanding of these matters, so I placed my trust in the men who quoted and carried out the work. It wasnt long before everything that was done needed redoing. When I booked Jon and his team, I wanted to trust him, but I was very nervous because of my previous experiences. Jon told me his movements and exactly when he would be starting, and all was set but I got scared. A week before he was due to start, I contacted Jon, even though he was on holidays and asked him to put everything on hold. he contacted me and patiently helped me work through my issues. A couple of weeks later, the job is done beyond my satisfaction. Jon and his team (Ella and Cameron worked at my place with Jon) worked very hard. I was shown everything they were doing and had everything explained to me. they were respectful, professional and friendly at all times. They put up with all my questions and obsessive questioning and monitoring. They coped brilliantly with my changes to plan throughout the project and then amended the costings so that I paid a fair price for their work. They have spoiled me the other way now in that my trust in these guys is so high that I am afraid that I will be comparing every other team I get in to quote me on jobs to this team. If you want someone who shows up on time, who is professional, friendly, trustworthy, dependable, patient, kind and excellent in what they do you would be the fool to look beyond this team.
