Protech's primary focus with regard to the workforce solutions we supply is on quality and safety, demonstrated our accreditation to ISO9001 and ISO45001, as well as AS/NZS4801 Standards.
Our industrial relations credentials are substantiated by our national framework agreements which are Building Code compliant and approved. We invest significant resources in the attraction and engagement of the highest quality candidates and employ rigorous pre-screening, assessment and validation processes to ensure that only the highest quality and most suitable candidates are deployed as field employees on our clients' sites. We call these field employees Protech Certified.
Protech is a signatory to the Australian Employment Covenant through our relationship with Generation One. This underpins regional and remote area indigenous engagement projects, including the coordination and support for local community development and training programs, such as our Cert II and Cert III Civil Construction Indigenous Training.
