ntrs specialises in waste management and the recycling of a range of domestic, commercial and industrial products. NT Recycling Solutions was established in Darwin in February 2005 by Leon Schulz operating a single truck. Today, ntrs operates out of three sites at Berrimah, Winnellie, and the City of Darwin’s Shoal Bay Waste Disposal Facility employing 50 staff and operating close to 30 vehicles.

Our success is due to our commitment to recycling and the environment and our view that all waste material is a potential resource. Our goal is to recover and reuse as much of these valuable resources as possible. By removing disposal costs, recycling is almost always cheaper and is always better for the environment. We feel so strongly about the benefits of recycling to both the environment and your wallet that we offer waste audits and training sessions. These enable us to customise an effective waste management plan to recover as much recyclable waste as possible.

Construction and/or Commercial waste is comprised of mixed heavy loads which usually contain a combination of timber, concrete, bricks, tile, rubble, metal, plastics, plasterboard, cardboard and paper. This material stream is typically generated through all stages of construction, site clean-ups and domestic clean-ups.

Our Sales team will work with you to determine the requirements of your large or small scale building or construction venture to determine the most effective, and safest way to collect and remove waste materials from your site. We will help you maximise resource recovery outcomes, improve environmental sustainability and reduce waste to landfill.
