COMPLETE STEELWORX HAS BEING SERVING THE STEEL FABRICATION INDUSTRY FROM LAST 25 YEARS. OUR MANUFACTURING FACILITY LOCATED AT SOMERSBY ON THE CENTRAL COAST OF NEW SOUTH WALES.

 At Complete Steelworx, we provide practical and innovative solutions to meet all your needs, we are an experienced business committed firm, providing quality products and exceptional service.

 We have the capacity to fabricate in-house various sheet metal requirements with Guillotine, Press Brake and Plate rollers to suit the most intricate details with our plate and sheet with the help of our software (AutoCAD).

At Complete Steelworx, our services also include Mining Equipment, Access platforms, Ladders, Support Structures, Structural Steel, Fabricated Sheet metal components such as Transitions, Chutes, Hoppers incorporating Auto Cad and plate and sheet development design to Computerised plasma cutting.

We have Qualified Welders certified to SP Welding to suit all needs, also weld testing can be provided such as:

 Mag partical testing

 Ultra-sonic testing

 Radiographic testing

We have a full QA system in-house to provide check points to meet today’s demand for the product

GUILLOTINE:

 Our Guillotine can cut up to 3000mm at 8mm in thickness

BRAKE PRESS:

 Our Brake Press can fold up to 3000mm at 6mm

PLATE ROLLERS:

 We can roll up to 12mm thickness over 2mt long

Our CNC Plasma machine can cut Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Bisalloy. It can cut from 1mm-12mm in thickness, Sheet size capacity is 3000mm x 1500mm.

We can also design for your requirements, Including cleats, base plates, patterns for transitions and much more.

At Complete Steelworx we offer a wide range of Surface treatments from Hot Dip Galvanizing to Abrasive blasting with a 3 coat System.

HOT DIP GALVANIZING:

Galvanizing is a durable Industrial strength zinc coating to provide long life protection to the steel.

ABRASIVE BLASTING:

Abrasive blasting is a procedure for new and old steel prior to applying a protective coating because without blasting the paint, it will not adhere to the surface properly and cause de-laminating.

We offer Class 1, 2.5 and Class 3 blasting depending on what the specification / Australian standard calls for.

INDUSTRIAL COATINGS:

We offer a wide range of protective coatings ranging from single pack primers to High Build Epoxy Primers. The top coat finishes from enamels through two pack Polyurethanes for longer life in harsh environments against corrosion.
