Lightherm - eGreen Concrete

Lightherm is a lightweight aggregate specially treated with our patented VOD additives. Lightherm when mixed with cement, becomes a lightweight screed (Lightherm Screed) – a density of only 250kg/m3. It achieved thermal conductivity – as low as 0.067 W/mk. Lightherm Screed has acquired a COC (Certificate of Conformity) issued by TÜV SÜD PSB Singapore. Lightherm Screed is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.

EchoWall

We commonly use our EchoWall lightweight modular fencing to achieve an elegant, high-end, solid, rendered, masonry look for customers. Due to their lightweight construction, these fences offer a wide variety of heights, design contours, and other customisation options. They can be finished to a very high standard using almost any texture, colour, and coating required by customers.

Retaining Walls

Our retaining walls come in a wide variety of designs and materials. Some are designed using a Lightherm or EchoWall system, incorporating high-strength steel posts with composite panels locked together by boltless keys. These and other types of retaining walls are highly customisable, accommodating a wide variety of materials and meeting special requirements such as dust control, acoustic protection, and security needs (i.e. razor wire holders, spikes).

Smooth Texture

Smooth paint provides a sleek, modern finish that highlights crisp horizontal panel joints, sturdy pillars, and classy pillar caps. This system is the simplest to apply and lowest cost, with the added benefits of an easy application using a brush, roller or spray gun. Smooth paint provides a satin finish that has very low dirt pick-up and retention qualities.

Roll-On Texture

Roll-on Texture is an economical three-coat system that is perfect for feature walls or to match an existing finish. It can be rolled to provide a range of texture effects, simulating the modern rendered look. Although it is profiled, it is finished with Final Coat to ensure that surface contamination such as dust, soot etc, will be rinsed off by a shower of rain.
